I learnt that we should dream to make that journey possible and especially that we should not despair in the meantime.
Not want it all on the same day, on the same week, or even on the same month.
I learnt that life eventually brings everything that is meant to come our way, bringing it to our own path. And most of all I learnt that we can build castles in the air, even if we don't have the rocks for it, or even if they happen to be too heavy.
Because in the end what matters is that every second counts and our waiting for the castles to land on firm ground is pointless and won't even move the journey forward.
Better like someone once said, we might as well keep building the grounds under our castles because there's no time to draw them or fix them back. If they are already there, the point is building what they are lacking underneath them.
And then again, who knows where our everyday journey with castles built on air will take us?
That is the point exactly: foundations...
"If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them."
Henry David Thoreau
